MFN Wedenesday nite bands

Some of the many bands Annabel n I have been to see @ MFN, graciously provided free for bikers to enjoy by Malc.

Adam Bomb Adam Bomb hails from the USA and is a regular @ MFN, performing here whenever he is doing a tour of the UK or Europe. Known for his amazing pyrotechnic displays using fireworks, and setting light to one of his guitars!.

Mars Bonfire Excellent full blooded rock band. Another set of regulars @ the MFN. Always get a great reception and never disappoint in their performance

Faith Healer Here's a band that should be more regular at the nite club. Pure hard rocking music!

The Almaboobies A really superb all girl rock band who are amazing to watch as well as listen to. The bass player is a very exciting performer to watch, gets into the crowd a lot.

Isolysis One of the best bands on the club circuit at the moment and they appear @ MFN a lot. They perform a very heavy metal sound, generally of their own music -superb!

The Fabulous Teddys Not everyones cup of tea as they are all members of Showaddywaddy! The music is the same too, but I love them. They get the crowd going whenever they play and the drummer/singer is Malc, the owner of the MFN club.

The Daytonas The MFN inhouse band you could call these fellas, because the bass player is house soundman n Malc is the owner. Others include past members of 60's n 70's groups such as Showaddywaddy

Adam Bomb MFN October 2009 Here again from the USA, the first gig of their UK tour. They had come over from their last gig in Europe, Paris and he told us of some thief who stole his beloved Gibson Les Paul guitar, the 2nd time it had been stolen.

Gatecrasher @ Crossbow Calendar Launch 2008 A favourite at the MFN whether @ home rallies or those organised by the clubs that have rallies here.

Exhibit 'A' @ MFN 5th May 2010 An excellent rock covers band who are amazing to watch as well as listen to. They have played all over the country, Rock n Blues etc and the vocalist likes to get into the crowd a lot.

Junction @ MFN Band Nite 27th May 2010 Another favourite at the MFN and @ a variety of social clubs/pubs/rallies around this area and further afield.

The Mick Rutherford Band @ MFN May 2009 Great rock trio, Mick ex Alexis Korner's Blues Inc, Carl Axon ex Doctor & The Medics/Blind Drunk, Paul Westmoreland ex Bluesology/After Midnight

Toxic Federation @ MFN 9th June 2010 These guys have continued to improve musically and strengthen their stage presence. They have played all over the country, Rock n Bike Fest etc and with the addition of Mitchell Emms as vocalist, have consolidated their style.

In For The Kill @ MFN 3rd Sept 2008 Nice strong covers band.

Metalphetamine @ MFN 1st Oct 2008 Another great rockin' covers band.

Accountable to None @ The Foresters 11th Oct 2008 Nice sounding band that we saw @ The Foresters Scropton, another biker hangout....

The Brew @ The Black Horse Pow Wow 18th Oct 2008 A great day @ this annual event, and The Brew are a sensational band to see, especially the guitarist!

Band Nite @ MFN 8th April 2009 Too long ago - I can't remember the name of the band - ohh thats bad!

The Fabulous Teddys 30th May 2010 Malc's band giving yet another club filling nites entertainment.....

Sapphire Lane 15th September 2010 Nice 5 piece who deliver hard, heavy but melodic rock, with a great female vocalist

The Jet Boys @ MFN 22nd october 2008 New young band, played MFN a couple of times

Disarm @ MFN 22nd October 2008 Great "loud, heavy, fast, punk-tinged, bullshit-free rock 'n' roll" - from their MySpace website
